Sounds bad, right? And what proven evidence is there that fracking causes any frakking problems with drinking water?
None. Just ask Lisa Jackson of the EPA:

The ‘fracking affects water’ scare is a desperate ploy by radical anti-energy greens to discredit a new, abundant and very affordable energy source before it can be properly exploited. And that’s all it is. One of the characters responsible for the anti-fracking feeling is Gasland director Josh Fox, a man so convinced his work is sound that he feels compelled to stifle dissent.
You can thank Ethan Hawke, Mark Ruffalo et al for your skyrocketing energy bills. That will come as a surprise to them, because I guarantee not a single celebrity in the first clip has a clue what the frak they’re talking about, and what the implications of their feelgood activism will be for ordinary people.
The only good angle to this sad story is that it provides an opportunity to post a picture of Zoe Saldana. Note to James Cameron, stop turning actors who work with you into moonbats.

So we are supposed to believe the EPA about fracking and the damage it does to water….? Please, give me a break. I don’t believe in global warming or man made climate change but I have seen with my own eyes the damage that coal seam gas mining does to farmland in Australia. I am currently fighting with Metgasco and the coal seam gas companies here in NSW, Australia, to stop them from running a pipeline up through our region and valley to open up the area to more CSG wells from the likes of Arrow/Petrochem China. This is not a transition fuel it simply a raping of our prime agricultural land and a poisoning of our water supplies.
But I am sure that all you “city dwellers” will side with the gas companies and believe that it is a ‘green’, non-invasive and safe industry and whats more there is good money to be made in buying these companies shares. What BS, have a look at what it has done to Tara and other communities in Qld where this is being pushed out at a fast rate, but with no thought for the Great Artesian Basin that they are drilling through to get to the coal seams. There are cases of water being contaminated and cases of cattle being contaminated after drinking the water. Look it up! The chemical cocktail that can be pumped underground during a frack is not to be sneezed at. If you want to drink this crap in your water go ahead, you obviously enjoy the flouride and other shite that is pumped into it anyway.
I am no hippie, greenie, feral, alternative lifestyler or what ever else they want to label us who oppose this destructive industry. I am farmer and I work for a large global company to help pay off the mortage. I am standing up for my community and for our water. I have people from all sides of the community coming together to fight against this and to protect our prime agricultural land. Get off your lazy arses and find out what a disaster this would be if it goes ahead any further. What do you think you are going to eat if they destroy our farm lands? Oh that’s right….food comes from the supermarket.
