Rae didn’t know that Canadian troops are serving in Iraq under the exchange program:
Note how Rae immediately sets up a straw man over the ‘exact location’ of these forces and then because Tindal can’t tell him exactly where they serve that they must therefore not exist. Kudos to Tindal for being a temporarily useful green.
This was in the Globe & Mail a few days after Rae’s shining example of ignorance:

That Rae is the poster boy leader to replace the inept Frenchman currently in charge of the Liberals is pure gold.
