Louise Gray, environment correspondent for the UK’s Daily Telegraph, is confused. The DT’s crack press release recycler reporter filed two stories March 17th and her readers learned that wind farms are perfectly safe to live near, except when they’re not.
First she reported the encouraging news that wind farms don’t make people ill:
From the story:
Flicker
Shadow flicker is the flickering effect caused when rotating wind turbine blades periodically cast shadows through constrained openings, such as windows. The strobe effect could be a problem for the tiny percentage of the population who suffer from epilepsy. Past studies have found the problem could cause “significant nuisance” to residents over the long term. However an official report commissioned by the Department of Energy and Climate Change found that it should not cause “a significant risk to health” in Britain.
But wait, here’s a story that says there is hope for people afflicted by the negative effects of wind-farms:
From the story:
Lynn Harlock, who lives almost half a mile from Redtile wind farm in Cambridgeshire, said she was “sick to death” of flicker.
“You cannot sit in any rooms when the sun is setting at certain times of year,” she said. “It is like flashing strobe lighting. It is quite upsetting not being able to sit in your own home. “People think you are barmy. They think you are after compensation. But all we want is our home back.”
Wind farms are just like global warming, they can do everything.

“Damn, ain’t nothin’ pure?”
Sorry Rickvid, there is no more anything pure! Especially when looking in and at the wind-mafia, pending, of course, from what point of view one looks… The whole ‘thing’ is structurally and legally identical to the 30:ies ban on ethanol (which ain’t compatible to driving..!) and just as devastating in the whole perspective.
We here in Sweden have (you might not know, but..) a plentymore dimensioned task to tackle in terms of getting true/correct info out - good link: http://www.theclimatescam.se - and [then] get the MSM here to grasp reality. So far, they’re in the total mental & tsunamical fog. Sigh!
Brgsd from Sweden/TJ
The windmills were totally harmless, until they weren’t! I read they also cause whale beaching and other marine issues when bedded in the seafloor. Soar is useless at night and creates horrific chemical by-products that the Chinese producers just dump int wells and field in rural China; who can complain after the Party officials are bribed? Batteries are limited and also have nasty by-products in mining and production. Damn, ain’t nothin’ pure?
