Either the decision not to proceed against Catholic Insight is more evidence of self-preservation, or the CHRC is getting wiser. It’s a pity that I suspect the former is true. The process cost the defendants $20,000, proving again that the process is grossly unbalanced and needs to be dropped. Soon.
