Eco-terrorists aboard the Sea Shepherd vessel Steve Irwin have caused injuries to Japanese whalers by throwing acid onto their ship, the Nisshin Maru.
This is the same Nisshin Maru that only last year abandoned its hunt to help the Sea Shepherd’s search for other activists lost at sea. Their thanks then was being attacked after the rescue.
I don’t care much for whale hunting, but I care less for the kind of self-righteous thugs Sea Shepherd attracts. The Japanese need to find these activists and bring them to justice for a dangerous assault.
I wonder what fans of the late Steve Irwin think of his name being attached to this acid chucking eco-terror group?
