Canadian Human Rights Commissioner Lynch is upset at the 16 months of denormalization since Ezra Levant was interrogated by the Alberta HRC and became a free speech man on fire.
Lynch is spinning her side of the story like mad in the media, although she refuses to face Levant in a debate forum. Why would she, he knows where the HRC skeletons are buried better than she does. She’s also clueless about language and how she comes across to the public. With all the criticism about interference in free expression and ‘chilling effects’, why on earth would she say this:
“Please, please, look. We have experienced 16 months of invective hurled at us, and at any time when anybody has tried to speak up and correct misinformation, gross distortions, caricaturizations, then the very next day there’s been some full-frontal assault through the blogs, through mainstream media. I have a file. I’m sure I have 1,200, certainly several hundred of these things,”
That’s right, the Commissioner of the CHRC has a fat file she keeps of all the media and blog critics that dare to shine a light on her human rights cockroaches. Stasi, much? Can you imagine the public outrage if the Prime Minister said that?
I’ve written to the PM and my local MP as well as the CPC fund-raisers that regularly write and beg for cash. They will get no cash, no vote and no support from this blog until Lynch is fired and Section 13 is eliminated from the Canadian Human Rights Act.
Ezra has so much more, as do the two most stalwart work horses in the free speech blogosphere, BCF and Binks.
